Come along when the Cultural Committee in Fredensborg Municipality invites you to an atmospheric commemoration ceremony on Peder Mads Strand.

We mark the 80th anniversary of the flight of the Danish Jews across the Øresund by Per Arnoldi's sculpture 'October 1943'.

There will be a reading of authentic accounts by actor Jens Sætter-Lassen, memorial speeches and group singing. Afterwards, light refreshments are offered in the Strandlyst clubhouse at Sletten Havn.
