Silvia Goldbaum Tarabini tells from her book "Danish Jews' life and death in Theresienstadt" about the experience of the Jewish action, the capture and deportation and the daily life during 18 months of captivity in Theresienstadt, until the survivors were picked up by the White Buses three weeks before the end of the war completion.

It is possible to visit the Oktober ´43 monument on Peder Mads Strand by Sletten, where a number of Jews were sailed from, either before or after the lecture.
