During a rescue operation at the end of World War II, several thousand Scandinavian concentration camp prisoners were rescued from German concentration camps.
Hear idea man René Meyrowitsch tell the moving story of ordinary Danes who put their lives on the line to save people, including his parents and brother.
Subsequently, we show his critically acclaimed documentary "Freed from Hitler's Hell" from 2020.
